Hi chrissyr32, welcome aboard, you will not look back, well - only at slower cars!

Just out of interest did you pull onto my office car park (2/3 weeks ago) to look at my Avus silver saloon? if you did sorry for being a bit vaugue/noncommittal, as an RS4 owner you have to watch who you talk to as quite a few people will show interest in your car. Unfortunately not all desirable. Again if it was yourself why not pop round again when you have your mota and we can compare notes. Alex :D
R32 DPB 58 (bl**dy recession)

325i M sport (my wife's idea)
Impreza STi V5 (cheap Jap power-great)

Congrats, they are great cars and Daytona is the 2nd fastest colour!

That said, although i do love my RS, I wouldn't describe it's out and out pace as unreal. The RS's strengths (for me at least) lie in the build quality, cabin, engine sound and overall class. Personally i think it should be quicker out of the box but hey, we can't have everything :audibash:

Look down the board a bit and you should find all the things to look out for over the coming weeks/months as it has been asked recently

Enjoy the motor, disconnect the exhaust valves and enjoy the sound that litle bit more 8)

I know how you feel, just picked one up myself. I've got the RS bug, badly, i'm out in it constantly. The daytona grey's a good choice too. You'll notice its a pain in the arse to keep clean, mine needs done twice a week, it is black though.

Victors right, getting out of bed is so much easier now !!

Anyway thanks for the comments feel like a schoolboy waiting for xmas morning, the wait is killing me.Cant wait to get i home and clean and detail to my standard if you know what i mean? After burning off a tank full of high octane that is!
Going to spain fo a fortnight next thur so its gonna kill me not being able to fully enjoy it till i get back  But it,l be worth the wait i,m sure.My R32 sounds awesome but the rs was another level, the sport button is gonna be on permanent i think. by the way you can carry out thesame exhaust mod on my mk5r32 as i have seen mentioned on this forum so i might give it a whirl.
