The Parrot Bluetooth is the best bluetooth on the market!
Far superior to OEM.
Its the most fitted kit out there, the easiest to use, and has superb clarity !
I've tried it against Audi OEM, BMW OEM, and Alpine Bluetooth systems. And ripped them all out in favour of the Parrot.
If clarity, reliability and ease of use is what you're looking for, and can live with the add on screen, stick with the Parrot.
No way is it better than the OEM. I had the same parrot kit fitted to mine at first, after 2 weeks I was on to TDI avant to get the OEM one fitted. hate anything stuck on makes the car look like a mini cab!! IMO, which I know others will agree with.

Totally agree!

The Audi OEM is very clear, and you can change the settings via VAG-COM if need be. Maybe you didn't try this?

Plus nicely integrated into the RNS-E, and absolutely no visible parts as mentioned. And on the DIS.

Really? Not in my opinion. I've had two in the past on other cars and while they are fine if there is no bluetooth installed already, they are no match for the standard OEM Audi module.

Nope, for same reasons above. All I do is press one button and speak the command - how much simpler could it be. Clarity? Nothing wrong with the OEM clarity either.

So you ripped out the Audi bluetooth on your RS4 which is fully integrated within the RNS-E and replaced it with a Parrot stuck on the dasboard somewhere :? Fairy nuff

I'll give that piece of advice a miss if you don't mind and keep my retrofitted Audi Bluetooth with the lack of clarity and unreliability.

I think I paid Craigyb about £400 for the supply and fit, it took about an hour and a half.

No I am talking about the buttons on you dash by the cup holder!

I have the oem Bluetooth in my RS and Parrots in all my work vans. I find the Parrots very good but I would rather have my oem one as there is nothing to see and it works very very well with my iPhone. That said if I didn't have the oem one I too would probably fit a parrot!
