audi diagnostic machines and software

hi its me again;
i know i am talking too much but i need some info.
is it possible to buy a software from somewhere and install it to my laptop to check the management sytem of myrs2?

lots of american car companies have this kind of softwares around 100-150usd$.does audi have such a software?

or some companies have small cheaper computers to diagnose like dodge grops computer is 250usd$

here in turkey services are reaily bad.i need to find the mistake on the car and then take the car to service.
i did a quite long search on net but i coulndt find.

do you how can i solve this problem?!?

(i am not talking about big-bosch diagnostic machines which will cost me $$$$$$$$.i dont have a garage or service.for personal use only)
