Is getting it refurbed not an option? Could be cheaper than buying another one which is on the way out?

Jimbo that video is spot on,this is exactly what happened to mine,i think you only need the new collar and the carbon covered syncro.Just remember to ask for the repair kit from the dealers ,if you buy parts seperatly it works out at nearly double the cost.
