I was on the way to the blackwall tunnel racing an evo when mine went. Managed to limp back home, smoke coming from the exhaust was ridiculous, came into the car through every gap possible even at higher speeds. Parts and labour came to around roughly 3k. Sourced turbos from the states, cost around £1,200 including import duty, £300 cheaper than here. You can still drive the car when the turbos go but not very fast and be prepared to smoke out the whole block.
hold on a minute..are you saying that your not running K03's anymore..
so all this talk of racing me with just a SKN remap is a lie...??

The turbos are the only things changed Woody, not the map. I've not got a remap yet so I'm still SKN. I see you need a change of trousers there mate, oh well accidents will happen.

Errr no, I couldn't have kept the KO4s quiet after I blazed it on the forum that my turbos blew(check post under my name around June last year). You must have been hiding mate, no porkies at all.

You are actually fortunate that I don't have the KO3s for the quicker spool up, how I would have embarassed you off the line with a launch that would have had you shook, still the KO4s are good enough. Ill carry some nappies with me and some wipes for you and your car when I'm finished dealing with the case. Best get some Cravendale for your car mate, remember its filtered.

Please stand behind the yellow line mate or your car might get rattled to bits from the backdraft.

Poor Woody, is the thought of being destroyed by a car that you once owned that stressful? Your a trader though so you can get spare parts in advance knowing that you'll get smoked. Got milk sir?

I wasn't talking about a S4 that was KO4'd, I was just referring to and S4 period. I'm gonna back off because I see the stress is getting to you. As you said, see you on the starting line, whenever you are ready slowpoke!
