Advice needed regarding an accident please

Sorry for not updating recently. Still not been able to access this - or many others sites at work. BUT hopefully this'll be changing soon

Well guys - some good news... and some possible bad news.

Good news is that the cars gonna be going in for repairs when I get back from holiday - 2nd week of April It won't be a like-for-like courtesy car though - but not too fussed.

Possible bad news - There has still been no response regarding the traffic cams. I was told that if they did manage to retrieve the footage someone would have got in touch with me by the 17th March... And to date no call so I'm not too optimistic right now

But still fingers crossed.

Also looking to be back on here on RS246 regularly again come mid April

UPDATE GUYS:

I got the car back today. Repairs look fine - and suprisingly the colour match seems to be pretty spot on But gonna give it a proper look over tonight.

Also, as the car was at the body shop I got them to put my RS4 spoiler on. What a pleasant difference it makes Will post some pics up when I get the chance.

Now for the bad news:

The insurance co were unable to get any camera footage. Shocking as there were approx 3 - 4 camera's - none of which were turned on! The question which has to be asked is... why have 'em in the first place then?!?!?!?!?!?!

In light of this, I've been told that chances are I will have to accept blame

There is some more shocking news - but will wait till the whole situation is over before telling you guys. You will be fuming when you read about it

he is claiming he cant work anymore, because of the accident, and that you racially abused him, you have now given him panic attacks and he is afraid to leave his house, he now need a full time carer. he can no longer drive, and has to take a taxi everywhere................ and on and on...... are we in America yet?

Guys, I’ve wanted to give you all an update for some time on this situation.

As it’s been nigh on 3 years worth of me busting my balls to prove my innocence and to get justice, I’ll have to cut this very short – or I’ll be writing this until the new year and you boys and girls will be reading this till the following Xmas! I’ve left out all the nitty gritty legal stuff as this was an incredibly arduous process, where there were smoke screens, double crosses (followed by triple crosses) and knives in backs!

OK. Since my last post on that thread my insurance co found out that in the same month that this incident happened the 3rd party c0ck had had another 8 – yes, EIGHT - accidents, and all of them exactly the same. Rear-ended with personal injury, loss of earning blah blah blah!
