There is such a thing as a tracker blocker on the streets now. Basically it block's the signal that the tracker is sending. The best alarm on the market is a anti hijack. If you get pulled out the car or even if your keys are stolen out of your house then they can only drive the car for about a mile before it comes to a stop.
