Ive noticed a noise from the front wheels and slight jumping when turning full lock at low speeds eg car parks ect.
It seems to clunk and jump quite badly at times then at other times it fine, is this a characteristic of the quattro divetrain or should i be a little more concerned?
Any thoughts would be apprciated.

RE: Noise from wheels when turning at low speeds
Common, can sometimes be worse in wet roads. If it is really bad then i suggest you have the tracking checked as this can sometimes cause it.

I have something similar on mine except it is a general sort of juddering not particularly from the front only, as well as a clonking noise from the rear under hard acceleration in the lower gears. The dealer had to consult Audi Germany who told them to change the rear diff! Its going in next week.
