anyone retro fitted the tv tuner to sat nav plus?

and wonder if anyone has done it.?

I have sat nav plus, but no tuner fited.

the instructions above seem a bit vague, and it looks a ball ache to fit even tho im a electrician by trade.

or has anyone had audi retrofit it?
