gear box

can anyone help i have had the sump gasket changed and replaced 3.5 litres of oil but now the box is making a wizzing sound when i acelerate hard up through the box between 2nd and 3rd.

Sounds like the box is low on oil , Most cases they will taken 5.5 ltrs of oil when sump replaced and car running .
