I am trying to put the arrangements in place today so that I can make this meet.
Before I do that can you(whoever is in charge of this one) let me know if there is still some room left for a small one.
I will not be staying over so do not need any accommodation.

I cannot make it - not because I cannot be arsed, but I have to be in Plymouth on that day (and for the rolling road day) - Until last night I hadnt missed a Windsor meet since August last year...
