Is this the best example???

I noticed a fantastic 10k mile Nogaro rhd RS2 on pistionheads classifieds

I have no connection with the seller, but thought it worth mentioning such a rare car.

I haven't posted the link in case it gets moved to the for sale section.

There can't be too many out there like this one???

I noticed the bonnet didn't seem to fit particullry well, but thought it may be the photograph?
Looking at the drivers seat, there seem to be quite a few creases, maybe the owner sat in it wthout actually going anywhere :)
2000 B5 S4 facelift, sadly missed...enjoying the 2005 A2 TDi Special Edition though!

Check out s2 forum, plenty of folk picked up on front end out of line in many places.
10k, drivers seat should look better than that.
s2 forum guy reckons could be the car that had been nicked from a dealer, then made to look like an 80 avant but with rs2 get away power with the loot in the back.
Car was later returned, somebody spent big money getting back to o/e, then put it up for sale.
So this poor old girls had quite a life so far, if all the above is correct.

The car just doesnt look wright, and when you consider what cars of 60 to 70.000 mls go for, it is actually cheap!!!

The drivers seat shows all the classic signs of the napa leather drying out - not wear. This would be consistent with a car not used much. The napa leather used in the RS2 is very prone to this and because the seat is made up from different parts of the hide you can get this effect on the front underthigh bolster.
The bonnet is out of alignment and to me it looks as if the car has had some frontal work done on it as the front bumper looks out of alignment too.
