Help on converting Mass Air Flow from KKK to Garrett ??

Can anyone tell me the formula to convert from the KKK measurement of air flow to the Garrett measurement of lbs/min??

Its all apart now, just cleaned it today ... rebuild in the next couple of weeks I hope!!

PS, first rebuild on this engine, the RS4 engine, but the car has gone through many transformations!
