Those inlet pipes look so cool. Are they the MRC ones?
i think MRC use clam welded pipes..they dont look like there 1's..mandrel bent 1 piece pipes look even better..no welds at all..and when polished...mmmmmmmmm

just noticed your water injection jet in the front. i was looking at doin the same thing with my bipipe. but didn't. only because having used water injection. before. it can make the intake sensor very cold and 'could' make it think its too cold. and dump too much fuel in.
but i dont know these engines very well- still new to me. should be fine. i went for 2 small jets on the upside of the box section. 200cc.
what size jet did you use and where are you putting the pump. looks like the same kit as mine.

I have fitted the pump under the washer bottle, on the original intercooler bracket.

yes they are k04 hybrids...tried starting it earlier but its having none of it throwing up code 16621 and 16490 which could be lots of things, these would undoubtedly throw it into limp and <beep> the timing making it even worse to get going with the extra fuel being pumped in,tried warming the plugs but to no avail....any ideas anyone?

has fuel and a spark, trouble is being stone cold its on choke pumping in loads of fuel which is drowning the spark, warming the plugs up is not helping either..
