How noisy is your 044 pump?

Recently had a new Bosch 044 pump fitted and find it noisier than expected.

Can hear it whirring away even over the drone of my Milltek (which I think it blowing a bit as well, as there is a loud hiss from the underside of the car).

Are they all noticeably audible, or has the curse of the Blue Thunder struck again?

yeah, they are 'audible'. that's one word for it. Still at least you know it's working

bloody loud. It's actually louder outside the car than in!

Deafeningly loud, like a sonic boom. Not working right unless it make your ears hurt.
