Can we now exclude RM3D??

He amused me for a while, but this constant bullshit is getting boring now.

The fact he hates his car so much, but refuses to sell it on is just beyond belief. If i hated something that much then a few grand to make my life better is hardly a big price to pay. He's either a total cock, does not own an RS4 or worse still just a regular forum troll.

I can understand the RS4 not being everyones ideal or perfect car, but how anyone, especially an owner can hate one so much is without doubt odd to say the least.

How about you take a picture of yourself standing next to your car and post it on here? But stick a bottle up your arse so we know it is really you and not a picture you found on the net

Well I got my GTech Pro RR today and have been on some exploratory runs...

The first thing I discovered is the RS4 clutch is s**t.

I tried launching at 4K initially and it lets go...even at 3K mine seems to let go...but I think I am probably letting it out slightly too quickly still...more practise needed between cooling off of course! I de-selected the traction control with one press of the ESP button.

It is basically configured correctly (I think) but I need to research the advanced settings.

The upshot is, that with the car weighing 1830kg, I've clocked three average runs all giving 0-60 of ~4.8 secs, ET's of 13.2-13.3 seconds and trap speeds of 108-109mph.

On all runs the car bogged off the line though, so I reckon a sub 13.0 is just about possible with me driving...

More data later.

You will get better runs if you dont bog, probably half a second quicker.
My better times were achieved when i had a bit of tyre slip and when i was dumping the clutch around the 4700-5000 mark.

my average from 10 tests with dinolycius(accurate mounted and calibrated) was:0-62 4.89s;1/4 mi 12.92 at 115 m/h
the best:0-62 in 4.44s and 1/4 mi in 12.41 at 120 m/h!!!!!(for sure that one was a mistake)
the worst 0-62 in 5.08 and 1/4 in 13.13
drop the clutch at 4500 rpm was the best method.
the car:2007 rs4,milltek valved nonresonated full exhaust,remaped,1755kg without driver and 1850(4092 lbs) kg with driver.
temperature:20 grade,no wind,dry asphalt,new dunlop tyres,19 wheels.
with dynolicius i tested my other car(m3 e46) with very accurate results.

how many miles on the car?
were the valves ever cleaned?
if so, how long ago (in miles)?

it's 45.000 miles.I don't know about the valves...i have the car from february...My luck is this car was Audi's most important dealer sales manager personal car and from what he told me it was a very, very special order...He sad something about 445 real hp.From horsepower calculators come out 440-450 hp.The car seem very fast, much more fast then my m3 e46 coupe...so i thing those number are almost correct.I dont know if the petrol i use(100 octane) have anny influence.

Thats what they all say  theres one car somewhere that deos 500bhp when you push the sports button!

The ALMS was qouted having 450bhp. not sure how they managed that tbh.

However he may well be right, soem very good figures there.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

I agree with ArthurPE....

A B7 RS4 running 12.4 @ 120 is staggering!

Still I'm hoping to dip into the 11's soon.

I was being 'genteel'

I might be able to buy a 12.4, modded car, stripper, low air pressure, cold dry day, warm rubber, expert driver...one in a 1000 shot, but still, hard to fathom...

120 trap? nope, no way...that's >450 WHEEL HP...>550 crank
