Re the mileage of my RS4 shocks was exactly the concern I had when I bought them from Kim. Bottom line - I had to trust him. Something I don't like, I don't know him from the next stranger. With hindsite I paid too much for the gamble. Having said all that they have made a tremendous difference compared to my worn S4 standard shocks n springs.

My point about the mileage can be tested by driving a car with say up to 10K miles on and one with 40K miles. There is a world of difference in the 'tightness' from just the front end alone, but of course the is a cummulative thing due to a combination of wear in numerous parts not just the dampers.
