I had noticed the pricing, but I'm willing to accept a slight increase for the convenience of choice and nearby location.

Really comes down to what deal he can put together, in the end.

we bought our RS4 from Fontain after a few "test drives" a year or two previously. theyre too expensive then and our life circumstances didnt permit ownership then....

OK fast forward to last December I spotted a misano red example in Audi Driver ad so phoned and asked about it.....yea yea yea, went to see it and had a quick drive of it. Came back and gave it a good eyeballing and found a few niggy things wrong with it, the boot lid had a bit of bubbling on the bit with the keyhole so this was dealt with, the small black triangular bits on the rear windows had suffered the same fate.

HOWEVER on the way home the truth began to unravel itself.
a) found out the ashtray didnt open (non smokers but even so it should still WORK)
b)centre arm rest was broken
c) passenger side front tyre had a big buldge on the tyrewall
d) rear demister didnt work, (duff switch)
e) front light arm not attached to the suspension arm
f) UNDERTRAY MISSING????????????????
g) no history ever turned up, we had the service log but not the history.

didnt take me long to get on the horn to Keith the next morning concidering we were now back in Scotland was a bummer!!

Keith did do his best to sort out the issues and arranged with my local dealer to sort out these niggly issues, the tyre was replaced (new tyre by the way).
The ashtray, etc was replaced at no cost to ourself but I just cannot get my head around the fact that the undertray was MISSING!!
I mean how can anyone "forget" to put it back after a service??

Other than that and a few emails from Marcus who I think is the M.D i WOULD still go and get another car from them.

Service and customer relations likke theirs dont win Audi Driver Awards for nothing.
