I need an s3!!!!!!!!

Hey all. After recently selling my beloved s3 (now driving a ford focus saloon my dad bought me) has got me too depressed and want another 1. lol. got around 8-9 grand to spend..... want a facelift model in either silver, ming blue, or dolphin grey with either black or cream leather.... with reasonable miles (under 80k)

Just put a deposit on a 2001 facelift s3 in metallic black / black leather

its got:

* porsche gt3 front brake upgrade
* front mounted intercooler
* revo stage 1 map
* forge recirc
* private plate.....
* cruise controll with mfs
* full bose with front loading cd player

all at a bargain price..........

following mods to be carried out in the next few months:

* full zymol detail
* tt pedals from my old s3
* forge quick shifter
* either 19" bbs ch's or rial nogaros
* H&R coilovers
*etc....

any other surgestions????????????

Shame you would have loved my S3 I'm selling www.nigelhobden.net, only thing I havnt managed to facelift was the climate unit. But what a car, still thinking of keeping, alas new one needed & selling my S4 avant 03, new s3 sucks I think??

Really nice looking car mate. Have you got it on piston heads or autotrader??? i remember it as u have the alcantara steering wheel.

Sounds like a decent motor. Its best to get one slightly modded if that's your intended route. Especially if its got big brakes too, they're usually the most expensive mod. How bad was the insurance with all those additions?

yeh its great. picked it up yesterday. insurance is £1699 fully comp in my dads name (im only 19 and was over 3 grand in my own) lol.
