Spotted Saturday just before 7pm heading towards Wakefield in Sandal on Chevet Lane, very dirty! Got the impression it wasn't stock.

that might be HobsonS4's old one, can't quite remember the reg number now, did the last 3 letters vaguly remind you of a practise favoured by an old friend of Bill Clintons by any chance
