2000 S6 slight noise from front suspension on full lock

hi, i am having a slight noise when turning sharp corners with a bit of speed, anyone come across this before. thanks all

Front suspension Knock

Hiya - my 2002 S6 had this and also on braking. It was the anti-rollbar bushes which come on the arm so they had to be replaced as well. CLIVE.
Mad about my S6 - and also my 2.8 Injection Special Capri (black).
