Site access

Post by TopBear » Thu Nov 22, 2007 3:46 pm

I've been struggling with accessing the site at certain times over the last 24 hours.

Im getting 123Reg hosting page info.....Is it just me, or is there something screwy going on with the hosting provider\DNS?

DNS issues.

I've had issues getting on using http://rs246.com but http://www.rs246.com has been working fine. Or try http://213.218.217.246

Seems like DNS records updated overnight? The domain name wasn't up for expiry though was it?

Withdrawal symptoms now subsiding!

I had problems yesterday evening from ntlworld, (although BT network seems fine today). Couldn't access http://www.rs246.com, just came up with the 123reg page as well.

P.s. I also had the Problem in Database Connection again too. :-)

DNS records got corrupted/lost by 123-reg.... Should be fixed now or soon.

I regularly have trouble accessing the pages on here. I get some kind of message about the page being unavailable but after about 5 or 6 tries it usually loads properly.

I have tested other sites at the same time and they load immediately no problems.

I'm on 20mb broadband too!

This site has been doing this to me occasionally for months now. I think I even made a post about it a while back!

"I get some kind of message about the page being unavailable" - Would need a better description to even begin to speculate.
