Where's the justice???

Post by Blue_Thunder » Wed Oct 17, 2007 12:02 am

Why would the boys in blue only decide to put this down the access road to my flats now that my car has died???

To paint the picture, it's a straight road that's had no road accidents, goes from a main road down to the river Mersey (Ferry cross the Mersey, etc.) and the only turn off is my block of flats with <100 cars.

Most importantly, I'd normally drive down there at 30... but had this have been put up before the car died, I reckon I could have hit 90!!!

They put 3 digits on there for a reason. If you don't hit 100, you aren't using the sign to its full potential.

As KayGee once said to me, I wonder if the face cries if you get the speed high enough.

You live in Britain. There is no justice.

Watch out though, very often they put up those signs and then further up the road they'll place a cop with a speed gun or camera every so often.

Bar Stewards.

A friend called those "high score boards". I'm fairly sure he's going to write off a car any day soon though...

That's the odd thing. It's a road to nowhere!

It only goes down to a car park (frequented by doggers so I hear  ). Other than a small apartment complex, the only thing on the road is the local police social club.

Maybe it's a scoreboard for the doggers - muffs per hour?
