Great day, Nice to meet some new faces. Big well done to the crew for organising the 246 club area. Did we win anything last night?

I love this one of Doug getting out of shape. Found it here:

Looking through that link above, lots of cars looking like they are either locking up entering that bend or there was a lot of dust being thrown up. Not sure which, maybe a bit of both.

The silver B5 S4 looked to be smoking from the front, brakes I'd suspect.

Wish I could have joined you for the meet-up.

Yes Graham, the Silver S4 threw a load of oil down on the track, we got red flagged and it took the marshalls about half an hour to put the cement dust down.

I'm assuming that 246 folks don't mind their plates on show, but if the mods don't like it please remove. I thought it might be nice for those that didn't go to see the healthiness of the 246 turnout!

There are 2 tools you need in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it moves and it should'nt, use the Duct Tape
If it doesn't move and it should, use the WD-40

Sorry guys, and everyone else I missed. Another mental note for next year, take photo of RS246 stand (field? entire paddock?) a bit later!

it looked to me that the silver S4 had a visit from the the turbo fairy!!!
plenty of white and blue smoke all in an instant. then limped back and parked just through gate.
