Leon, I can see both sides of it, its just a very raw nerve at the moment. Its not something I would wish on any parent and as a consequence I do have deep views on this.

Maybe in the context that was herein it woud be different.

Facebook is also a good source of personal info for anyone who wants to assume your identity for whatever reason.

Social Networking...if you are 9, 12, 15 years old, what the f**k is wrong with "playing" or meeting with people who then become "mates" and maybe even "friends". Maybe I have an old fashoined concept but I don't think you can have "mates" or form "friendships" via these sorts of sites.

Sites like Friends Reunited have their place, it has to be admitted that people move away from an area and lose touch with people they knew at school.

I joined.... problem is I know everyone by User IDs so I have no idea who the peopl in the group are!!!
