4 New tyres required - Recommendations please?

My car's got Michelin Pilot PS2's on it at the mo. Best price I've found for a set of these is £723 from etryes, which includes mobile fitting. Anyone used these guys before?

Anyone found them cheaper or got any recommendations for best centres to get tyres fitted and aligned (i'm based in SW London).

Also any other suggestions for other tyre options would be welcome.

Personally I'd stick with the PS2's. As for price...I think my last set cost about that fully fitted at a local tyre place.

Thanks derdle. Pretty sure i will stick with PS2's, I like them and they seem to be liked on this forum too.....which probably means the only thing I'm really after is the best price and suggestions of where to get them fitted?

Pity we use Avon ZZ3's from Ayr for 100 quid a corner 255/35/18's save a few hundred quid and got 30k miles out the last set we had on the previous car.

Pause for thought eh?

Sounds like Goodyears could be a contender.

But PS2's are still the best wet\dry\quiet\durable tyre combination in my book ....

Yes, there also the most expensive.....but quality costs....and thats why were driving performance Audi's

Completely agree. I've tried others but PS2's were the best all-rounders by far. The extra was money well spent in my opinion.

Dunlop Sport 9000 is an approved tyre for the RS4 (as is Pirelli P-Zero Rosso and PS2) and I got a set of 4 with 07 date codes (i.e. fresh) for £500 earlier in the year which is way cheaper than the other 2 brands.
They seem pretty quiet and as for grip, haven't seen my ESP light on for months..

The Dunlops get my vote. Compared to the other 2 sets of tyres I have run (new Pirellis when I bought it and currently running Goodyears) the Dunlops were excellent for feedback, comfort and wear.
Isn't ATS good for Michelin tyres? I'm sure I read somewhere that Michelin owns ATS.

Dunlop Sport SP9000 all round for me... superb all round tyre. Not too dear at £125 per corner

Thanks guys, good advice - although just when i think i've made my mind up I have some other options to consider!!! Just doing a bit of research into the Dunlops and the Goodyears now.....
