S2/RS2 S2forum Meet August

Hi All,

on the S2 forum we are planning a weekend meet up at billing aquadrome for either the bank holiday weekend of last wend in august.

Plan is for bbq chilling out etc and a night out in northampton too.

Dat for the S2 forum meet is 30th August over at Billing Aquadrome. Tent pitches are £14. see thread link posted for more details.

People should be arriving after 12 on the saturday if anyone wants to drop in.

We are going to book a group of plots once we know how many people are coming along. If you see the thread on the S2 Forum there is some details on there.

Darron will be booking them a week or two before we go

At the moment we have, Most are still to confirm with tent pitches and the like but that will be getting sorted in the next week.

My dad may be making a guest appearance with his yellow landrover that was featured in LRM magazine a couple of months ago.

Guys,

Its crunch time now, need to get a list of people that will be coming along tommorow ideally. And wether you will be needing a camping pitch.

Pitches are £14 a night.

Myself and Darron will be arriving by about 12 on Friday afternoon and will get setup there. Will try and cordon off an area for us, and once we have the list can let the camp site know.

We are going to bring along a few disposable bbq's and there is a supermarket thing on site so we can get the food once were there.

Also darron is arranging a small trophy for the best turned out S2 there, think its about £20 for it so if we all chip in a couple of pound makes for a bit of a fun prize.

If anyone wants to join us there on the fri your more than welcome just let me know when you PM to confirm.

Sure i will post some more info before the week is out.

There will be a two way split in the weather at the beginning of this week before the more unsettled weather in the north moves southwards, and an area of low pressure settles over the country.

It looks like England and Wales will have a dry weekend with some sunny spells but, like the previous week, cloudier weather, bringing some rain, will move down from the north.
