rs4 b5 40,000 cam belt service

hi my rs4 has just crept up to 40,000 and just wondering if anybody knows anyone in west yorkshire who can carry out such a task have bought all bits my self oem

belt kit with lifters and tensioners £195
full service kit inc plugs an all filters £ 80

all from local vw stealers cheaper than audi stealers

Might be worth doing the water pump at the same time imo

definately do the water pump , for 80 quid or whatever it is its much cheaper than replacing it when it does go , as i just found out

Dont forget to change the thermostat at the same time or you will be paying the same amount of labour again if it fails.

Water pump takes around another 30mins max, and thermostat has to come out before you do the water pump.

Definitely do it at the same time, as it has a plastic impeller, so whether it will free of like the VW engines, is likely.
