gearbox oil ? how much and what rating?

Hello all

Im finally picking up my custom prop shaft this evening as I put all the rs4 running gear into my passat v6 surpercharged

But sadly the gearbox has no oil in it.

What rating does a RS4 gearbox use? and how much?

I got Silktran Syn 5 from opieoils.co.uk for my RS4 box, it was 12.99 a Litre.
RS4 B5 Saloon8) with 750+ bhp :D
