Chip Vs Remap. Insurance question?

I tried Noel Dazely but never managed to actually get a price out of them. They called me twice to ask about various things (what cars have I driven and what car it was, even though I stated quite clearly on the form) and never got back to me, quite frankly I'd rather not bother with a company who aren't even able to give me a price.

I used to work for an insurance company so know that this isn't rocket science. If a company can't provide a price to a potential customer, I'd hate to see what happens if I need to claim.
