Isn't Peakz going?

Sorry if its a crap question, I am pretty sure as my car is only 8 months old I have Audi Roadside Rssist, apart from the ring itself, do I need anything else??

Not having taken the car to Europe before, do I have to tell my insurance co that I am driving on the continent?? I remember something about green cards, or is that showing my age!

Cheers

Jason
You will need to call your insurer to let him know you are going abroad with the car, it is normaly for free, however some insurers do charge a small amount for that.

A Europe breakdown cover is recommended as well.

Have a good trip and see you there

Well I'm actually +1 with another car potentially or +2 in the S4...have to wait and see what the weather is like. Just sorted out the carbs in the Phoenix and it's now up to 165BHP :)

More than happy either way Jason, just let me know as & when.

As regards Insurance, many companies still mandate for European Driving a Green Card & they often charge for this (about £20-30), however some offer this FOC, but you should always contact your insurer about 1wk before leaving to check what you need & get the relevant paperwork.

As for Breakdown, i'm 95% sure that Audi Assist provides cover in Europe, as i'm normally over cautious & don't recall ever paying any extra for European cover. I will check though.
