RS246 Nurburgring Trip September 2007

I live in Kent and I'm still having to leave a 4am to get to the ferry 1hr before sailing....

We're doing the overnight cruise from Hull to Rotterdam.

Just have to watch ourselves once we arrive at Stella o'clock, as the cruise does instill the desire to get smashed as well as watch the munters on hen do's embarass themselves. It's just the best way to travel.

Nice quick run as well from Rotterdam to Nurburg.

Excellent, so that's at least 2 RS6's & 2 B7 RS4's .

You staying around for the weekend after Scuderia, as that's when a load more from RS246 in the UK turn up for a few days of Ring action.

Only a month to go now & my excitement levels are increasing

Getting proper excited, as 3 weeks today i'll be on my way across Holland to The Ring.

Car has an oil change & general check-up booked for the day of departure from Blighty & she's having a Milltek fitted this Thursday.

I've just heard from Audi that my longer 6th gear is on it way!!

So, here's hoping I can manage that 200 MPH on those Autobahns with only 550 hp! Who thinks its possible?!?!??!?!

i think the way you drive rich you will be able to get 110% throttle opening to reach the 200mph! It would be good to put you side by side with the 647bhp RS4 that is going.

I have just put extra lead in my right boot to help, plus put some spikes on the brake just to make me thing twice about pressing it

It's possible if you can get enough open Autobahn. Best i've ever managed in Germany was 186MPH on the GPS in my M5. Trying to reach those speeds with any safety whatsoever, you'd need around 3 miles of deserted Autobahn & a few prayers to help.
