Clive Clive Clive,

Long time no see that mota. It's looking swell mate. Dig the mirrors and wheels. Silver, although the fastest colour, doesn't do a Megs workover real justice like Noggy.

Thanks Dazzer

Yes, we must meet up again soon - yours has changed a bit too... Some possible dates :

Santa Pod - 18th August
NW Meets - 20th August or 17th September

There has also been rumour of an RS246 Yorkshire BBQ, but the weather caught me out this weekend  (so I washed the car... )

Steve I find my Meg's works pretty well on silver, but if you have any tips to make it look better I'm all ears (metaphoricaly speaking).

Looks very good Clive, I also ventured out very early saturday morning... washed and waxed (swissol Saphir) both mine and the Mrs cars by lunchtime, at which time I collapsed back into the house totally knackered and with significant shoulder pain (just like the karate kid). Didnt take any photo's but the car looked truly amazing, particularly in the pub car park that evening as it threw it down with rain and then had a nice sun-set level of light on the car... Although admittedly I had beer goggles at that time (good beer to numb pain in shoulders), Mrs trusted to drive home as long as she obeyed the golden rule "kerbs are the enemy".
Present:...
Lotus Evora GT410 Sport, Caterham 420R, CCM Spitfire, VW T2 Bay Window 1976

Past:
DB11 AMR, 992, 991.2, Yamaha MT01, 640d Gran Coupe, 635d Coupe, RS6 C5, Audi TT 225 Coupe, Astra with wind up windows, Citroen ZX, Rover 213, yes behold, a Rover 213... Renault 5
