Which Audi dealer?

Post by bigh » Mon Jun 25, 2007 3:27 pm

Title says it all really need a few niggles looking at, and was wondering if anyone here has any good/bad experiences of any of these dealers?.

I have read through the other thread "the Good the Bad" but the dealers aren't local to me.

Try Camberley - a little bit beyond Guildford for you, but well worth the drive. Rob and Martin are both really helpful.

Tell em Dave sent you!

Dave,

have tried to get in contact with Camberely, but 1st time I phoned and asked to be put through to Robert in the Service dept. someone picked the phone up and then hung up.

The 2nd and third time I rang the main number the phone was un-answered after several minutes I just gave up :x

Not good service IMO. Maybe they were just having a bad day

Must have been a very bad day!

Always come through for me - I'd give it another try

I second that. All steelers are <beep>. You get a better service from a specialist or even a back street garage.

Gave them a second chance, maybe it was a one off.

I have now made an appoinmtment next week, so I'm hoping they are as good as people make out on this board.

I've gotta say, I've had good experiences with Audi in Camberly. A stark contrast to Reading.

Fair play, there must be one out there.

I assume they don't give you the car is more than a year old sneer then?

Or suggest that "you may be better of taking it to a local garage as we do charge £95 + vat an hour you know"

Or charge you half an hour's labour to investigate a fault you've already diagnosed correctly and then the same again when you have to book it in another day to have it fixed.

Gnash gnash, grind grind!

Ok, you guys were right.....

Camberely Audi are good!

Few problems sorted out without a fuss, and will be booking the car in for the cambelt to be done next month.

Martin and Robert both know there stuff, and very pleasant to deal with.
