PMSL at the cellulite shot

The SEAT girl is nice - looks like she needs some 'cream' on that face ... :nodder:

"Inters" was disappointing: went today for the afternoon - bit of a rip for £17 per person ... not much there really: it was a "bit <beep>" IMHO...

Was good to see a B5 S4 do the 1/4 and get a 0-60 time of 5.22s - reg B 5**Y ... anyone on this forum?

Think you might have enojyed it more Sautrday S4TAN.

I say book before to get a discount price, get on the stand, join in with the stand so you have the combination of a day long RS246 GTG and the GTI International event.

I have to disagree. Had an excellent day. Arrived just after 9.30am and after about 30 minutes of queuing we made our way over to the RS246 stand to join PhilT who was the only other person on the stand at the time.

Some top quality show n shine motors, the W12 Golf prototype was awesome and some very fast cars on the sprint including a 4WD Mk1 scirocco which managed a 2.4 0/60 and a 10.1 1/4 mile

Was good to meet up with some forum members, A8Tony, Jog and Musty1 (cant wait to see your motor next year!).

Cheers to PhilT for his hospitality, you efforts are appreciated mate

Oh and it was only £14 if you booked in advance, good value for money in my eyes.

Oh and did I say it was sunny :biggrin3:

Shame you didn't make it for the morning session when PhilT, Jog and myself were running. I did 2 runs and managed a 4.36 0-60  which I was pleased with seen as I was a sprint virgin. 1/4 mile time was 13.5 which wasn't as quick as it should have been as I let off the power to soon.

Never mind I know for next time.

Pics and vids to come soon.

I'm sure you're right Graham, but wanted to take my son and only had him for the Sunday this weekend ...

You'll have to make up for it another day Paz ...

True! Weather was lovely - got a bit "lobstered" again ...
a 4WD Mk1 scirocco which managed a 2.4 0/60 and a 10.1 1/4 mile

Saw that - unbelievably quick - quicker than any bike I've ever ridden ...!!
the RS246 stand
EH???!!! Where was this stand - I never saw it !!! :?
I did 2 runs and managed a 4.36 0-60

Excellent dude! Very nice time indeed! :jump_clap:

I think the lesson for me here is: DUMP THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND GO ON THE SATURDAY! :FIREdevil: :nodder:

There's hope Julian, had trouble getting my GF away from watching the sprint when I wanted a wonder round the stands and came away with a RS246 t-shirt in her size!!

Getting your son into the scene is a good enough argument for me :thumb:

Are you now admitting you knew nothing of the RS246 arrangements/stand??

You need to READ the Trackdays and Meets Section!!!
