As some of you are aware since aquiring Vag-Com it has been obvious that the readings I was getting indicated my boost was about 50% of what it should be.
Having tried in my half assed way to fix this myself without success I did what I should have done in the first place and went to see Doug.
Pressure test revealed that the injector seals on all 6 pots were split after the fuel rail was lovingly re-fitted to the new engine by the "technicians" at Audi in Bury St.Edmunds, only one had a boost leak to be fair though.
Road test revealed still no better boost, after further testing Doug was warning of possible wastegate diaphram failure but still had one more Ace up his sleeve.
Said "technicians" had managed to cross over the hose connections to the N75 valve so that they effectively cancelled each other out meaning that only mechanically controlled boost pressure was available.
Final test run saw .8 bar boost and 216 peak MAF reading.
Thanks again Doug.
