Re: June 22nd "who's coming"
I can't upload the rest of the pictures as attachments as they are over 5000 bytes. I can't put them in my RS246 gallery either as there is not enough space available to me.
So if you want to see the rest of the pictures, I have setup a test RS246 gallery of Ken & Claire's day click here .

Big thank you to Ken and Clare for putting on some good entertainment.
It was a great day.
Who's got the pics of the Skyline?
Seeing as I am not at work today, if I get time i'll put the video up somewhere of the chopper(s)

Jon you lightweight
I was at MK on Saturday night too. Didn't get back home till 02:45. We were right down in the front fenced off area where all the celebs were
Still probably something to do with the fact I live only 25 miles away from Ken not 250+ like you do

Ken and Claires Lazy Sunday
Firstly a big thank you to Ken and Claire for hosting a most pleasurable day, which turned out to be a great success and one of the best meets ive atteneded.
Set off at 8.00am as not to miss all the fun and also to miss the traffic
Superb run down and only marred by a vast amount of rain but Luton
(Karl i thought it only rained in Bham)
Got to the Rettendon city centre
and was pleased to find that Ken and PhilT had already beenn busy putting out the posters and balloons
Gave the car a quick clean
the promptly got stuck in a burger and a beer
More cars started to imerge and a wide selection too!
A stunning RS2 RHD 87,000 and for sale at £19,000 Hmmmm nice
Jon Parker turned up in his prefered mode of transport
Hey we might see your RS4 one day
Some other classic cars were there also this Porsche RSR which was soon spotted to not quite what it seemed
Please not the car in the back ground
And to Andy Laws next purchase
Some other very tasty Jaguars were there too, as Ken was also a member of the Jaguars Owners Club and all his mates from that organisation came to support him.
Nick Moss privide aerial entertainment with a model helicopter display, which was very impressive
All in a super day was had by all who attended and if it wasnt for the fact that the M25 was a 2 hour carpark it would have been perfect.
Well done everyone who attended and who helped in the smooth running of this meet
Cheers
jr
PS this ones for biturbo

Re: Ken and Claires Lazy Sunday
Hi All
Clare and I would just like to thank you all for coming on Sunday and making the day special for us
Thanks to him upstairs for keeping the Sun turned on all day
Thanks go to JR and Chelsea for their photographic skills ( although I think I need to show John what is horizontal Probably too much alcohol)
Thanks to Chelsea for altering the thread so quickly
Special thanks to Nick who thrilled us with an awesome display with his chopper (Clare wishes that I will soon be able to do the same with mine )
Thanks also to Jonp for bringing his "preferred mode of transport" although I think JR wished he had one on the way home
Clare would like to thank Rotavirus for the present (whats going on there then?)
Thanks to all the others who came Philt, S2, Biturbo, Tim(with reduced hair) etc
Most thanks must go to Clare (arrhh) who organised all the food and kept me in check for the day (finger is now on the mend )
Been asked to make it an annual event so for all those who couldn't make it / made excuses not to come - book it now the Sunday after LeMans 2004
My Jag club have rung our agent and have secured 30 campsite places for next year we travel Portsmouth - Caan - if anyone wants to stay with us on Maison Blanc please contact me
See you all soon

Re: Ken and Claires Lazy Sunday
Many thanks for a fine meet, Ken.
My bath somehow doesnt now feel quite as special as it did a week ago, and Fenella is seriously dischuffed with her little trampoline...
Thanks, Nick for that superb scale model. Much appreciated
