B6 S4 4.2 Tuning

Dropped my car at AmD yesterday and a little dickie bird told me that AmD had fetteled their first B6 S4.

Rumour has it that with the addition of a downpipe and full exhaust together with a remap = 400 BHP. Not sure of the torque figure though.

Bodes well for anyone who would be interested in getting a little more from their new S4.

scot at amd mentioned his to me yesterday, it is listers demo car, they got 400bhp 380 ft/lb torque i think. Give them a bell as they are very amiamble and scott can talk about cars for england. If you are not doing anything a week on friday I'm off down to get my car fettled, if you fancy an hour or two in the pub. (clare says hi btw)

i know, it's nice havin a nearly 6ft 21 year old blonde (been mine since she was 17). Just lettin them give it the once over and gettin a list of jobs to do (plus i need to have a word with john about repayment over nicking my audi passes) plus it might end up being put back to standard before a p/x. can't say too much yet but looks like audi are coming to thier collective senses after pissing me about for the last 7 months and "assisting" with a new(er) RS4.

If those figures are true then that's impressive - I am surprised they can get that, especially the torque.

An increase of 56 bhp with a full exhaust and remap. That is on the same order of scale as with turbo engines and if true is impressive indeed, I want one.
