ISV position

Post by stephenrs2 » Mon Apr 02, 2007 6:28 pm

Hi folks, call me stupid, but can someone confirm exactly where the ISV is on my RS2. If it is the thing I think it is, disconnecting it tonight allowed my car to start properly for the first time in a while.

What is the best way to clean it, soak in isopropynol alcohol?

Thanks
Steve

Never call anyone stupid Stephen, learning all the time myself. Its the Bosch labled part that sits behind the inlet manifold. Get it in the IPA. Let us know how you get on.
