4 wheel alignment in South East

Post by QuantumJohn » Mon Mar 12, 2007 6:47 pm

Can anyone recommend somewhere in the South East for 4 wheel alignment?

Has anyone used Elite in Dagenham recently?
Last time I used them was over 4 years ago.

Otherwise QST?

Thanks,
John

After my recent event with getting mine done, I would advise Audi! I took it to two 'specialists' in the Milton Keynes/Bedford area, and they screwed it up....BIG time! Audi sorted, and was only £120

Ring around a few Audi dealers first though, the price range is stupid!

2 hours labour wouldn't be £85. Bedford Audi was £90 for a check, or £120 if adjustments were needed.

Camberley Audi quote a minimum of two hours labour + vat (i.e. about 250)

Just to confirm

Camberley will charge £80 inc VAT for 4 wheel alignment for an RS6 and this could take 2 hours.

Give them a ring and book your car in :D

Is Guildford Good? When i asked Guildford a few months ago they told me it would be £200 ish and best to use someone else.

I would trust Camberley, ask to speak to Rob or Martin and tell them Adam told you they'd look after you. ;)

PS. this forum is read by Camberley, hence one reason of many, they WILL look after you.

if you are near Elite then they are good for standard stuff....I have all my cars set up at Sinclaires, Gallows corner on the A12 nr Romford - they are a Lotus specialist but do all cars on a Hunter rig www.sinclairemotorsport.co.uk ...they will have all the stock settings in the database, but if you have a custom set-up for camber, castor, toe etc then they can cater for that....they even keep your custom settings in the database for when you go back.
cheers
