Bose!

Anyone fitted a rear speaker to a B5 RS4! Mine is crackling and distorted.

Any advice or where to source one much appreciated.

In my previous S4 (with Bose) I replaced both rears with (I think) Sony units from Halfrauds.

The Bose speakers are 2ohm unlike 99% of speakers which are 4 ohm.

You can get a replacement from Audi from around £90 I think, otherwise they turn up on German eBay quite a lot.

£90 for a single speaker!!! nice one Audi
I think I need to change my rear drivers side speaker its stopped working for some reason and I have already tried changing the amp. german ebay here I come!
