Sounds just like Audi. They sell loads so the price goes up! Isn't it meant to be when production volume goes up, unit price goes down? :audibash:

Absolutely right you would think so wouldnt you, but i suppose they have to conform to there company motto 'Think of a figure, double it then overprice it' i hated Audi before now i hate them a little bit more.

Wasn't it the same with the RS4 oil cooler. They used to be cheap until poeple started fitting them on S4's. The price then went up! The same with RS4 intercoolers...

Yea, that's silly money, which no one should be paying - much cheaper from the likes of MRC, Phillip Walker, or Vagparts.

Is it possible to fit the RS6 calipers onto standard B5 discs then? what sort of improvement should there be?

I can get a spacer so you can fit a RS6 dics & caliper on a rs4 . They cost £50 a pair. not bad as it'll save £70 on a pair of discs.g

Not wanting to do any rocking of boats, but I was told not to put spacers on brakes something to do with different expansions under heat.

Although I know that AP racing use them in there RS4 kit.

AlsoGuy's don't forget the brakes pipes, sTandard are not good enough, upgrade to braided hoses, back and front...

If you have trouble getting hold of some contact me or Sports Tech for advise.

Note : Rears need to be replaced by one pipe, and not the two as the standard RS4.

Differance is amazing.

I think Grizz means a mounting bracket to make it all work together. Giving the correct offset
