Is there a prospect of a calendar to help with the meets forum? This can save people forgetting or bumping the thread to the top of the list a couple of days beforehand [img]images/graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img]
The best I have seen is on Pistonheads.com where there is a list of events (meets and trackdays), you can click on the event for more info and add it to your personal calendar, so you know where you are going and also the event organiser can see at a glance who is coming. [img]images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

have a look at www.rennlist.com and see what you think of their calendar.
I personally think it is far better than the p/h one, as it is easier to see what is going on at a glance.
Also if you take screen shots it prints out nicely too [img]images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
