I will shortly have the full RS4 458 BHP - MTM kit for sale, as of next month I believe.

This code and System actually delivers 470.6 BHP and 609.8 NM. Dyno Plot available for reference.

Qst's Web site lists the work I have had done as the 458 Bhp up grade.
It is important to mention that with the better exhaust system and 100 CPI Race Cats my power is significantly better.

471 BHP Modified MTM Motronic ECU without speed limiter, and improved torque over entire rev range with additional rear and middle exhaust system in stainless steel with stainless steel down pipes and 100 CPI metal race cats.
(610 Nm). 0-60 4.0 seconds Max 194mph.


Total Cost £3572.00 (made up by £3040 + vat @ £532)

I am prepared to sell this system for £1300 for Full exhaust and down pipes with 100 CPI Steel Race Cats, £600 for the ecu map and £100 for the ecu.

(Ecu will have immobiliser de activated, if requested and you can have this coded by a tuner, costs are Typically £80. Ecu immobiliser can be left activated for or Audi tech to match to your key if you prefer.)

Rs4 injectors x 6, £200
Rs4 Exhaust Manifolds Pair, £200
Rs4 intake pipes to KO4's (left and right sides), £200
Rs4 intake rubber boots (Mating dv's and Y pipe to intake pipes), £40

Rs4 255lph Walbrow high-pressure pump, it has been on the car for 3k miles and is wired to fit in to another car so no messing around to re fit,
Cost £90, Sell for £60.

Rs4 KO4 turbos x 2. These are in perfect condition and have done 25k miles. £800
Note on Turbos. To make these as new all that is needed is a service kit I think £100.

I have a perfect Rs4 clutch and fly (Like New)
Done 15k miles it will be perfect as I never launch heavy and match the engine to rotating mass speeds on down change.
I have considered keeping this clutch with 580 bhp but its a risk.
This is available for a fair price also. Essential for a KO4 up grade Clutch only if requested No issue if not sold on any of these parts as I have a spare gear box which these will fit too!

Just a little word of warning, the RS4 ECU won't work without wiring loom changes on an S4. That's just so everyone is aware of this...

So I made it at last...

As I mentioned in the other thread - I am about to get (hopefully this weekend at some point even) an unmodded RS4 B5

First thing I was going to do is run it down to Kim Collins in Hayward Heath for the 458 tune up - hence I'm interested in the first part of what you're looking to sell.

Obviously QST will cost me 3572-ish quid, but that's 'all in'/fitted - roll in/blast out.

My main question is - what you're selling is the parts [and software] right? (full zorst+cats/ecu/remap?)

If so - any idea how much that would be to get fitted/tested etc and by whom? (and how 'easy' that is to do - I'm not exactly very mechanically adept...)

Ecu free to fit 10 min
Down pipes , well, not easy. so allow 1 hour per side plus 1 hour for exhaust fitting.
Yes I am selling this set up.
