Yes, the pure labour cost quoted was EUR650 (£440ish) for just the Turbo and Manifold fitting (the extra EUR100 covers the other parts). I detailed to the guy what this involved (though he knew already). It may very well happen to take more time than he bargained for, we shall see next week (work begins on Monday)!

I will ask him how much he would do one again for once this is done! ;)

Maybe we could have a Group Buy on turbo a turbo exchange :) I was going to suggest this to Doug but wasn't sure if it was fair or right to ask

Who ever did agree to it could make a fair bit... if they survived each of the jobs!!!

Doug, if you're reading, what do you think dude?
01 RS4, Milltek, Dahlback Racing rears, RS6 fronts and a few bits to be added.

Also, as I hate driving, my toy to play with - a Honda CBR F Sport

Has any one used turbo dynamics in chritchurch, dorset ? The guy i work with had his turbo from his ford galaxy rebuilt by them for £125 It looked like a new turbo when he got it back. New actuators and everything? May be they could suggest some different turbo options?

think the time for me to get some new turbos is coming! as mine arent dead just yet, I have a bit of time to find the cheapest option. Probably going to go for KO4s just for the reliability and resale value of the car.
