2001 Nogaro Blue RS4 for sale

Post by m.shears » Wed Jan 17, 2007 8:18 pm

The car use to belong to Doc who was a frequent visitor to RS246. I bought it from him through Alexander David Motor Company about a year ago. Unfortunateley I have to sell it as I'll be travelling overseas next month.

Spec is:
Nogaro Blue with Grey Leather, 2001 (51) with 63k miles.
Audi GmBH sports Suspension and sports Exhaust.
Factory fitted Short Shift Gear Change.

I have also been told, more recently, that this car is believed to of had a remap to around 460 bhp (by Audi Gmbh?). I am trying to get proof of this at the moment. Either way it is a quick car!

It has all the other usual Audi refinements plus Audi Sat Nav with TV and Bose Upgrade, Alcantara Sports steering wheel, , Front Centre Armrest, Privacy Glass, Bluetooth Phone, RAC Trackstar, Snooper Safety Alert System, Sony Playstation 2/DVD with LCD Screens integrated in rear of headrests. The car also comes with a full size (18"), Audi OEM spare wheel (purchased new by previous owner).

This is a stunning example that really does look as good as the pictures show.

I am currently advertising at £23k on pistonheads. Happy to talk about sensible offers.

Matt.

I've serviced and looked after this car since Matt bought it and it is extremely clean and drives perfectly. I last looked at the car a few months ago and it is mechanically and cosmetically great.

Good luck Matt.

Could be interested in your car however:

would like to see some interior shots?
need to know more about any upgrades and service history ie main dealer or not?
how many previous owners? when the next service is due?

cheers

yes, went and met Matt and his rs4 yesterday. it's an absolutely mint car. it drives superbly, very tight/tidy in all respects.

was hoping to go down, see the car and make an offer around the £20k mark. but quite frankly, i saw the car and would have been embarassed to ask him to drop the price. it really is priced to sell.

since i've had no joy selling my s4 yet, i've told him that i'm not going to mess him about until i'm "chain free", so to speak.

i would think that the first person to see it - in a position to buy quickly - will snap it up.

it's a cracker.

Thanks Bullseye.

If you can find another couple of grand the car is yours!

Anyone else interested? I have priced at £22k for a quick sale, I think anyone that sees the car will agree its a very fair price.

It can be viewed at anytime (weekdays included) by serious buyers.

I turned down an offer on the car last week for £21k as I, and other people, seriously believe it is worth more money, especially when you compare with other cars on the market.

I need to sell the car and will take a sensible offer on it between £21k and £22k. Call me on 07872 901540 to discuss.

Please do not call me unless you are seriously interested in buying the car as I am getting tired of speaking to people that have no intention of buying an RS4.

Cheers,

Matt.

m.shears

Its a bad time of year to be selling a car, obviously you dont need me to tell you that, hang on in there its definately worth the money, i have a mate who saw this car the other day on here who has an 06 a4 avant Diesel 3.0 litre quattro and is now getting rid to buy an RS4, hopefully this one, however to get rid of his to buy is gonna be a big hit for him but hey its his fault for buying new and showing off.

There are plenty on the market dearer, maybe this has spooked some buyers,

Stick the price up to 26.5k and take a hit then all concerned are happy, unfortunately i have one otherwise that would be sat on my drive.......

Good luck mate.
