Okkim, that looks really good....not sure how you've used your guide to change the profile though...have you got any more photos ??

There are all photos in the web-site that I have. First I heated the bumper and forced it narrower. Then I shaped that metal bar to the fender, and then glued it to the bumper. The metal guide forces it to to the final shape. After that I fixed small surface errors with the fiberglass filler.

The work is quite simple how I did it, I think.

It's the metal bar that is different from what I've seen before....very interesting. Is there any bulging or creases in the bumper ?

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but the bumper is very straight and that filler layer is very thin.

The bumber edges are just straightened, and therefore it needs to be installed a little bit more forward.
