after a month of waiting i travelled 250 miles to pick up the black RS6
all i can say is what a noise.
i`ve got one issue at the moment which is the music and sat nav system.
My A6 2.7t i p/x has the sat nav plus and Bose upgrade and it sounded just right, never had to put the volume above half.
When i first got in the RS6 yesterday at the dealer, when i turned on the sat nav it was asking for the security code, but there was no sat nav book in the car so no code, so in the workshop it went where the techs who took the unit half out went on theree computer and enetered the code, sorted. Bu, i `ve now noticed the the sound is nowhere near as powerful as it was in my old car, i`ve got the bass on max and it makes no differnce.
My question is do these have to be programmed to tell it that it has the Bose system?
sat nav +
RE: sat nav +
Not seen any options in the manual or in the menus to specify this, but could be wrong - I'd take it back and ask the techs to make sure all the wires are properly located in the back
