Recommended mechanics and workshops

Post by rikrose » Mon Jan 15, 2007 1:28 pm

When I buy my S4 soon, I'm going to need to take it places for fixing, and maybe upgrading the odd component or two. I've got an Audi Dealer up the road from me, but we're all aware that the dealer isn't necessarily the cheapest option. I'm quite happy to go to a place with a good reputation for non-service work.

I haven't seen a register of trusted places, so may as well start one up - maybe it'll be a useful sticky.

Can each entry please have: Name of Company, Phone Number, Web Site (if available), City or Cities they are in.

I'm keeping an eye out for entries near me...[/list]

nice one Rik, I need to find some alternatives to MRC in the South West as the return journey takes a little under 9hrs! I will use them for the major work, but the simple jobs I just cant justify it. Also I think Doug is so over-run with jobs anyway he could do without me popping up there to get the small bits done.
