Slipped disc, could be resting for up to 8 weeks

The pain is immense

Cant wlk hardly

Gutted

As someone who has been there done that (including having 2 discs removed !) my advice is pay no attention to your GP and get your arse (and back) down to your nearest Chiropractor......you should be up and around in less than 8 days !

I agree with jeff - managed to knock five out of place at once in a motocross bike mishap, ignore the GP who will just say rest and see a good chiropractor or oesteopath. I went in crawling and came out walking. not being kinky but that and investing in a waterbed sorted me out. [img]images/graemlins/roflmao.gif[/img]

but you have my sympathy and get better soon.
